So last October I got married to my lovely Husband in the beautiful and historic Victoria Hall in Saltaire. I lived in Saltaire
for my first 4 years in West Yorkshire while I worked at Hallmark
Cards, after leaving University and the North East behind. I have always
loved the building and been to many a vintage fair and Zumba
class there. The Venue was perfect for us, it was a very small and
relaxed wedding and suited our vintage theme. We had the very talented
Craig Goode to photograph our special day from Mr & Mrs {boutique wedding photography}.
We have been lucky enough to have 2 of our photographs featured in the
new wedding brochure for Victoria Hall which is a really nice keepsake
to have and a lovely surprise.

Robin Williams what a legend, such sad news!
Well I couldn't end the week without a quick post to say how sad I was to hear of the news of one of my childhood faves! I grew up with his films and characters and have slowly been introducing Maggie to them. She loves Hook, Flubber, Mrs Doughtfire and Aladdin. This weekend we will snuggle up on the sofa for a Robin Williams marathon and remember what an amazing Actor he was!
So this is what I've been up to!
I've been working on some lovely cute character ranges this year, which even managed to get a little feature on Print and pattern which was nice. These cards were great to design as I could have little googley eyes on them. I have also been working on some fun sticker scene cards. Below is an owl woodland card with stickers, there is also a crazy alien sticker scene which was quite fun.

I'M BACK FROM HIBERNATION!!! FINALLY YAY!
Ey Up!! Well, where do I start!!! After what seems like forever I'm returning to the blog! I will gradually fill you in on all the many things and adventures that have been going on while I've been in hibernation.
The big news is.... I got MARRIED! Last October was the big day and I can't believe it's nearly coming round to our first Anniversary! My Little Maggie is now 6... going on sixteen and is now riding a bike free from stabilisers! Whoop!
Still working here in West Yorkshire as a greetings card designer and having fun here in the studio, although we have lost and gained some new members along the way, nothing much has changed!
Still designing crazy characters and fun colourful stuff which I will post some samples of this week so you can see what I've been up to!
